SHIPPING

Please allow additional shipping time during busy seasons and holidays.

It is the buyers responsibility to enter the correct address at checkout for the order to be sent to. If you have entered an incorrect address, send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent out, Adaptix Studio is not responsible and will not provide any refunds or returns.

To keep the costs as low as possible orders will be shipped as standard mail with no tracking.

• Orders in Canada will be shipped as regular mail with no tracking from Vancouver, Canada
• Orders to United States will cost $3.00
• Orders outside of North America will cost $6.00

Shop processing time:
3 – 5 BUSINESS days after your payment has been accepted

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

There are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is an issue or you are dissatisfied with your order please contact me through email ([email protected]) for support.
